Domestic Order Shipping Options
Domestic orders may be shipped using either PosLaju or bus. Actual rates for online orders will vary depending on the shipping location.

- Please take note combine shipping is allowed and shipping fee will only charge once no matter how many types or numbers of items ordered.

O & O is not responsible for any shipping fee, brokerage, customs fees, or country taxes. To save on taxes, restatements using lower values are permitted.
International Duties and Taxes
Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please remember that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of the item. However, we will try our best to assist all of our customers in locating their package if it is ever lost during transit. No sales or shipping to minors or to adults intending to distribute or resell items to minors. All customers are responsible for knowing and following the laws which they reside in.
Since international laws are continuously changing we cannot keep up with what is legal to sell to our customers in other countries. It is up to the customer to be aware of their laws regarding ordering/receiving e-liquid/vape products. If items are confiscated by customs or their shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for the confiscation of the items. Certain items cannot be shipped internationally. All batteries or devices with built in batteries cannot be shipped internationally.
Domestic orders usually take 1 to 3working days depending on which area you stay. International orders can take 6 to 10 working days to reach its intended destination for priority international or express international options. All time frames specified are only estimates from the carriers and are not guaranteed by them or us, O & O. Please do not contact us regarding tracking unless you have not received your package within the specified time frames. We are working diligently to answer all your emails and trying to get your orders out as soon as possible.
Orders placed on Monday to Friday will be shipped by using PosLaju on the same day, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on Sunday and Saturday, will be shipped on the following working day, excluding holidays.
If, within 7 days of having received your product, you find that it shows some quality problems, you may return it for exchange. O & O will responsible for shipping fee for returns within 7days provided the quality problems had been reported to O & O within 7 days and with the confirmation for return by O & O.
What Is Covered/For How Long?
O & O products are covered by our 1 or 3 month warranty from the date purchased by the original end-use purchaser. O & O warrants that product, which when delivered to you in new condition in the original packaging and used under normal conditions.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover Improper or Unreasonable use; Failure to follow operating instructions; accidents, excess moisture, lighting, power surges, connection to improper batteries/voltage supply, unauthorized alteration or modifications to the original device including refinishing or etching; loss of or damage to the vaporizer or its internal components, Cross threading the end caps is not covered; Dropping the device and causing internal damage is not covered. Using improper batteries or magnets on your batteries will void the warranty. Taking the device apart and removing internal components that can cause damage to internal components will also void the warranty.
If there are any problems, it should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Beyond this period, we cannot replace the product for deep scratches, blemishes and fades. As with any products they can wear or scratch with daily use. To keep any mods/ra finish looking good, never store in a location where it can get scuffed or damage by keys, coins, or other objects that might come in contact and scratch the finish.
What we will do: during the warranty period we will repair or replace free of charge, any defective parts within a reasonable period of time.
How to Return a Product:
When returning, you must contact us or email us at email@example.com. No packages will be accepted without the Invoice/Order number sent via email from the system. After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or its replacement within 30 days. In your email and also in return parcel, please include a brief explanation of the problem.
